Delivery & Shipping
We deliver worldwide and work with our trusted courier partner to ensure your packages are delivered to you in a secure and timely manner.
Shipping in Ireland
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €70 in the Republic of Ireland. Our delivery times are currently 2-3 working days via DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order leaves MoMuse.
International Shipping
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of €15. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. All International orders are shipped via Registered Post with An Post. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order. Please note that if you are shopping outside of the EU, you may be charged a customs fee. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Click & Collect
You can choose the Click & Collect option at the checkout. Current Pick Up times are during our shop opening hours:10:30am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 1- 5 pm on Sundays.
Packaging
When placing an order online at MoMuse, you will be given the option to choose whether or not you would like your order to arrive with minimal packaging or with a gift bag.
All items are shipped out in our gift boxes. See more information here. All orders are shipped in recycled paper padding envelopes sourced here in Dublin.
