We're online and shipping as normal
Although our shop doors are currently closed, we're optimistic about the coming months and are shipping online orders with haste. We understand that Christmas is coming and there are many golden gifts that need to be hand-wrapped and delivered with love. 

International shipping

International post is taking a little longer than normal due to high demand, so please bear this in mind when ordering (especially gifts!) We input a tracking number, which you'll receive via email, when your package leaves the shop; any updates should be given through the link provided. 
As a rough guide for timing, it's taking approximately 3 weeks for us to send to Europe and 6 weeks to the rest of the world.

Gift wrapping 

We've added the option to choose whether you'd like all the bows and whistles or minimal packaging sent with your gift. Simply tick the box and leave a message for your handwritten note and we'll sort the rest. 

Click and collect 

When you place your order, you have the option of free collection from the shop. Simply choose this method in your shipping instructions and proceed to payment as normal. 

We will confirm when your order is ready for collection, this will usually be within 48 hours. All we need is your name and order number on collection and for you to call when you're outside. If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact the shop and let us know. We can also take orders over the phone if you can't find what you're looking for online.

Monday , 11am to 5pm. 

Saturday, 1pm to 3pm.

Returns and exchanges 

We know that not everyone has the same taste, especially when it comes to jewellery. If you're planning on giving a gift to someone special this festive season but aren't sure they'll truly love what you've chosen, don't worry; we're extending our exchange policy to January, 10. This gives them roughly two weeks post-Christmas chaos to choose something extra special they'll wear and love forever. 

We cannot accept exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons unfortunately, so please do bear this in mind when purchasing gifts.
