Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Normally the postal service will contact you for payment of any duty or tax payable and the recipient will be responsible for arranging payment prior to the delivery of goods. Recipients are notified by email or text, with a web link to pay by card or PayPal. Payment must be made online before delivery is attempted. If the payment is not made promptly then the courier will return the goods to us and we will be unable to reimburse the delivery or the return costs.
