In-Store Purchases: Our standard in-store returns policy at MoMuse is 14 days for an exchange or credit note. 

Online Purchases: In accordance with EU statutory rights, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item(s). Exceptions include custom or personalised items.

Should you lose a single earring please note that we do sell individual earrings as replacements if the style is still available.

Returning by post?

Unfortunately we do not offer free postal returns and recommend that items returned are done via registered mail.
