Our standard returns policy at MoMuse is 14 days for an exchange or credit note. There is no exchange on earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

I've lost an earring. Do you offer replacements?
Should you lose a single earring please note that we do sell individual earrings as replacements if the style is still available.
If returning from our online store please contact us directly with your name and order number.
Returning by post?
Unfortunately we do not offer free postal returns and recommend that items returned are done via registered mail.
