Made of nine karat gold, this elegant necklace features an open solid gold rectangle as the focal point along a fine gold chain. 18 inches in length, it can also be adjusted to 16 inches for a shorter styling option, and looks great layered with the smaller Open Rectangle Pendant Necklace from the collection. Designed in Dublin and hallmarked in Assay Office, Dublin Castle.
This necklace is part of The Synergy Collection - a collaboration between founder and designer Margaret O'Rourke and stylist, Ingrid Hoey. A fine jewellery collection to celebrate friendship, the collection includes thirteen pieces composed of 9kt gold, 18kt gold and conflict-free natural diamonds. 9kt Gold
We provide a complimentary polishing cloth with all 9kt and 18kt gold pieces, which you can use to clean your jewellery. Gold will never tarnish, but sometimes it dulls with wear and a polishing cloth will bring it back to looking brand new again. Every so often, you can soak your gold pieces in lukewarm, soapy water and clean using a soft clean toothbrush, to bring up their shine. Rinse under lukewarm water. Store away from direct sunlight, and avoid water including the shower, swimming pools, sweat, and steam. Avoid chemicals including perfumes, sprays, creams and lotions.
Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.
